"The house was beautiful and spacious, the views even more gorgeous. Property was large with lots of space for my dog to run to her hearts content. It was nice and quiet, perfect for getting away to relax. Groceries and food were 30 minutes or less away. Would love to stay here again!"

"I understood I was renting an older house that wasn’t updated. I did not expect it to be as unclean as it was. And there is still work to do to fix cracked tiles, unattached sinks, falling off shower doors and etc. "

"The house was clean and well set up. Everybody had a comfortable room and plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus. Very well located to attractions you would be going to in the area. The host was very quick to respond and communicated well. Definitely recommend for families or groups to stay together. We like the bird theme through out the house also."

"The house and location was great. Kitchen is awesome, living room really comfortable and cozy. Bedrooms nice, comfortable, do the job. Bathroom more than adequate. Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!"

"A fantastic space for our winter weekend visit to Colgate. The house was super clean and cozy, with lots of space to socialize and play games while enjoying the beautiful view of the snow covered lake. We will be back!"

"The lake and the view were absolutely beautiful. Kayaks, a boat and canoe were provided with life jackets. Weather was unseasonably cold during the nights and mornings. House does not have a heating system but there were plenty of blankets and comforters. Fire pit was such a nice addition for the evenings. Hope to revisit in the future "
