"They have an excellent group of employees. Always saying "Hi". The Front Desk staff deserve an extra shout. Having a problem connecting to their Wi-Fi, the invitation to come down to the desk to fix it was immediate. The smile on the clerk's face when I returned with my wife's phone moments later was so apropos. Next morning when asking for a late check-out, the offer of 1 hour was almost automatic.
