"The rooms are nice and spacious. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and had a decent variety. The pillows need to be replaced as so small and lumpy. Overall good place, not a 5 but a 4.5. I would definitely return. "

"We liked the size of the room and bathroom. In fact more than the expensive places in DC that we stayed in. The bfast had no fruit really and fewer options than we liked but it was pretty nice. "

"We LOVE the old charm that the Wm Penn offers - sofistication (sp?)and a lovely ambience. The hotel has the Union Trust bldg across the street (so convienent) with even more amenities available - perfect!!!!"
