"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. "We enjoyed our stay. Enough space for our group of adults ands and kids. The house was cleaned. We loved our view, we were able to bring our boat, being able to wake up and lower the boat right into the water was great. We would stay there again.."

"I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The exterior of the building looks very average and could use an upgrade, but it was what was inside that counted. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. My only complaint is that the shower water only got warm, not hot."
