"I liked how colorful and lively the property is decorated. The staff is wonderful! My room was clean and spacious. My only nitpick is the shower was slow and water lukewarm. Parking is a workout walking as there is no easy way back into the property. But do stay here!"

"Proximity to attractions and events was a pro. Able to walk to museums, Chinatown, and parks. Hotel room was clean and neighboring rooms were quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good--love a good waffle machine. However, the traffic and pedestrians were a little loud at night. Homeless loitered half a block away. You have to pay for parking but at least there are plenty of parking lots to choose from, just don't pay a person, use an app or the kiosk. The lots rarely have attendants and people get scammed giving money to fake attendants. Overall, I'd come again."

"Our stay began with a marvelous doorman greeting us - his name started with a J- possibly Jameel. The hotel lobby and bar area were beautifully appointed and checkin was a breeze. Our suite was lovely although bathroom lighting is lacking. Drinks at the downstairs bar were very good and overall the staff were very friendly. We’ve stayed here before and will be back. "

Hotel also has a rooftop patio in addition to a bar, restaurant and coffee shop in the lobby which were all nice amenities. Highly recommended property!"
