2nd stay and honestly it was great. Its def now one of my go-to spaces in the area. Its quiet, i felt welcomed, and overall its affordable and reasonable. The staff was accommodating and overall they are def on my list to continue to stay on my philly trips.

Been coming here and its adjoining restaurant and bar since its Inception Antonio is AMAZING as is Rasha overnights and new comer on Second Shift Sabastien from the Uk. I tell everyone to stay here even if just for a Philadelphia staycation Weekend. Cheers to Penns View, Panarama and Il Bar !! Caio !! 15 stars !!

This is not a 5 star hotel. It doesn't claim to be it is a very nice quaint. Establishment, the staff was very cordial. Continental breakfast on New Year's Day was excellent. Very close to Penn's landing right in front of the fireworks on New Year's Eve. I would stay there again. And probably will

Penn's View was a jewel in a city that currently needs a little TLC. It's restaurant was excellent. The staff I had opportunity to interact with were all awesome, helpful, and well informed. The location is well suited to a variety of attractions, shops, food venues, and the metro. The only negative in the whole experience was that the adjacent parking was significantly more expensive than any I've accessed anywhere. I expected it to be pricey, but, that too, exceeded my expectations. Still, all in, if I go back to Philly, I will make the same set of choices again if they are available.

They were able to check me into a room early, but it had no view; not that I minded. The cable wasn’t working when I returned from my day out. There are no USB charging ports, so be sure to bring your wall plug to charge your phones. The SEPTA train right downtown is a block away, so very convenient. GPS will route you somewhere odd, so shoot for the intersection of Market and 2nd

The professional service and personalized experience that is a stay at the Pennsview Inn starts with the friendly, experienced staff recognizing a guests, not rewards program members. Service is friendly and efficient without being effusive or overbearing. Rooms are simple but elegant. Facilities are spotless. And the wine bar in the hotel restaurant sets the standard by which all wine bars should be judged!

Nice hotel with nice staff. Too bad that I95 is right out the window so you can hear the traffic whizzing by all night. Also the air conditioner is very loud and blows air right towards the bed so you get sudden occasional blasts of air, so the only options are no AC or sudden noisy cold blasts right to the face. I’ve been in other rooms that weren’t the same that way. Other than that, a great hotel.
