The room and building could do with redecorating but that didn’t affect my stay. Check in and out was easy and staff / owner friendly and helpful. "Excellent location, about 200m from paddington. Very nice staff. Room was small and basic, but did the the job and reasonable value for price paid. Absolutely fine for a one night stay, although maybe too small for longer. We stayed in the triple room with 3 single beds."

"Just under a mile away from the Horley train station and a short drive to the Gatwick airport. Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. Like most houses in the UK no AC units were available in the room, but the window and time of year provided enough cooling needed for the night. Staff are friendly and the rooms were quiet...
