"I stayed here for a week with a colleague and can't say enough about what a fantastic flat this was. We had breakfast nearly every morning in the gorgeous back garden. The flat was very clean with nice amenities. Beds were comfortable. Showers were warm with great water pressure. Two bedrooms had a view of the canal, and a third of the back garden. "This adorable cottage had it all and was exactly as stated on line. The inside is very comfortable and while the cottage is small, the space is open and feels welcoming. We were extra grateful for the easy parking, outdoor patio space and furniture, and comfy linens! Extra bonus was the food truck one night in the town square and the lovely pub. "We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

Unfortunately, the BBQ shown in the garden images does not work, however this was not necessarily mentioned as an amenity in the listing. The only place this house loses points is in its cleanliness - this really was not up to standard, as mentioned in previous reviews. "This is a great property, well-maintained in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The facilities are excellent, with four separate bedrooms in the main house plus a self-contained annex out back. It was perfect for us, and comes highly recommended"

"We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit."
