"The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services. It's also only 30 minutes from downtown Oxford and 1.5 hours from central...

"Our hosts were very helpful and quick to respond when I had a few questions. The unit was what we needed, comfortable and space for everyone to spread out. The location was wonderful, we were out walking every day to see what we were interested in, didn’t need an Uber once, And if a bus was needed, the stations were very close."

The kitchen could use some additional glasses, cooking/baking pots. and rugs need an uplift.It would be helpful to have the TV connect, with personal log in with Netfixs and other services.All in all we enjoyed our stay, and the large room was wonderful to entertain my grandchildren.
