"Staff were really really welcoming and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean and everything I needed. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was a super hot day. The communal hallways leading to the room I would say are in need of painting and re-carpeting. I can't comment on the pub food/drinks as I didn't use but it looked very nice. "The manager Ozman is amazing and so are some of his staff. The breakfast spread is good but they repeat the exact same menu every single day. The rooms are super tight and small. The sofa bed has a very very soft mattress. Nobody (kids) above the weight of 30 kgs should try and sleep on it as it’s very uncomfortable. If you’re attempting to have 2 kids sleep on the sofa bed , good luck. They qualify this super small room as a family room and expect to keep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably -...

"The Alma is conveniently located by the train station. It’s literally steps away. It’s in a great area with dining and shops in walking distance. They have a lively pub and quaint restaurant on site. The rooms are comfortable with space to stretch out after a long travel day. "
