We were informed by the hotels.com many times that our booking is confirmed, however we did not receive any information of how to enter the building. We were standing outside the building for 2h trying to reach the number given on the website, the live chat and we were told that they also struggle to reach the owner of the place. The street it’s on isn’t great but you are not far away from some very nice spots. Biggest issue with this flat is that owners has left all sorts of dirty old stuff in cupboards and in the bedrooms.
