"We were on a late flight, so we arrived at the hotel near midnight. They gave us 2502, the top floor. The room was small and dated, but comfortable. But the room must have been under the main a/c, b'cos the humming was so loud that even my ear phones couldn't drown out the sound. "Loved the shoe cleaner, the water dispenser housekeeping staff and the restaurant. The shuttle is great although the driver does t not engage with the guest. The concierge and bellman were also excellent the day I arrive and left. The shuttle is super convenient. The hotels is located in the mid levels and there is access to everything you can imagine you just need to walk down and talk the escalators back up. But you can go down for miles so wear comfortable walking shoes. "
