"We had our gift package taken from our room the second day of our stay. Package was placed on top of a sofa-bed, so it would never be mistaken as garbage on the floor! The package was returned by house keeping same day when we asked at the front desk. Not a good feeling at all."

Our 15mo-old was playing in the lobby, while waiting to group up, and a front desk staff gave her a unicorn and chatted with us about his family since he has kids himself. Our cleaning lady was very thorough and tentative with our needs and requests. Hotel is old but they do a good job keeping it neat and clean. Location was good for our purpose.
