"I paid for the sea view room but the view was obstructed by a number of other buildings. Some higher floors or other side may be better but not the one I was allocated. In the morning, lifts are always full. "

"Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location near Fortress Hill MTR (but away from the noisy traffic) and plenty of eateries and grocery shops nearby and also near bus and tram stops. The room is clean, spacious (for HK hotel standards) and the lobby is stunning. There's a gym and pool as well. Staff were all great including housekeeping."

"We had a great stay at the arca. The location is great - 15 min walk to Aberdeen, which has all sorts of local dinning options. It's also super close to the nearest MTR station (the MTR mall has a few great restaurants too). The room is clean and comfy. We also really liked the interior design. The staffs are friendly and helpful. "
