"Second time with my wife here, even better exp rience than before. They improve the amenities: custom temperature water heater for drinking, portable heater for winter. Plus they gave us extra cord for our convenience. Cleaning service comes every day, providing clean towels, vacuum the floor, make your bed, giving extra from everything so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest and focus on your journey. "Comfortable serviced apartments in a good area of central Hong Kong (as long as you’re willing to walk up a hill but taking a taxi is also extremely convenient/affordable). Everything was clean and well-maintained and reception and service was great."

"The check in staff was really helpful and let us checked in early. All the other staff were courteous and helpful too. The room space was tight. There was no space to open up our luggage. We only managed because it was only a one night’s stay. The location is also not desirable. It’s right across the market. We had a room on the 29th floor facing the harbour but could still here the traffic at night."

"The room was clean with daily cleaning done thoroughly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. However, as is common with many hotels, there were times when it took a while for the elevator to arrive, depending on the time of day, so it’s best to plan with some extra time. (That said, I would prefer staying on a higher floor and waiting for the elevator rather than being on a lower floor and unable to board due to overcrowding.)"
