"This hotel was excellent in service and cleanliness. The staff was very professional and provided great customer service with a smile. We slept comfortable. The on-site breakfast was reasonably good. We took our pups and they were very accommodating. The only downside, some dog owners did not scoop the poop. We had to maneuver an obstacle course when walking our pups. And yes, we picked up after them. Bags are provided, if needed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"I was worried about booking this house since there weren't many reviews on this platform, but once we arrived all the concerns were gone. My husband and I plus our 4 teenagers/young adults and two dogs had plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and fully stocked. There is a large collection of dishes, cups, mugs, cookware, baking items, and coffe/tea machines. "Firstly, the listing stated the pet fee is $50. What it doesn’t say is that it is $50 per day with very strict pet rules. Secondly, the listing shows that laundry facilities are provided but they don’t tell you that you cannot use them unless you are staying at least 4 nights. We had a group of 16 staying 4days/3 nights and she would not make an exception. We wouldn’t have even known that we could not use them had I not asked if detergent was provided. "Overall the house was very nice and quiet neighborhood. Encountered a weird issue with smoke detectors going off due to battery and/or wiring issue. Believe faulty detector in attic caused issue. Homeowner had maintenance show up and take care of the problem. "
