"All the staff are gentle and friendly, I stayed for 3days in Dunedin, all were good except the weather but all staff in this hotel gave me a good info and service. It’s close to most monuments around the Octagon where the centre of the city and some facilities. ex) a supermarket and so on. But if you drive, you must check whether a book a parking spot at the hotel can be available or not! "

As our stay coincided with my husband’s 65th birthday, we received a good room upgrade and a little gift that came with a greeting card. The kind gestures were very well appreciated.
