"It was somewhat disappointing that those little creature comforts like tea and coffee options were limited, especially for the price of the stay, otherwise the apartment was very comfortable. The surroundings are basic and parking is not available as stated, being soley street public parking. This did cause us a few problems as we used the apartment as a base coming and going several times during the day."

"Quirky apartment, very industrial. Good location. Could use a little more cleaning (I had a banana peel on the shelf in my room, and a shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door from previous renter). No where to put a suitcase except the floor or on the bed. Convenient location and close to shopping and restaurants. No parking space, but It was easy to find paid parking all around the building. "

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Octagon. The AC worked well, keeping us warm when we needed it and everything else great as well."

"This rental is FABULOUS! First, it was super clean, spotless. Second, location is walkable to many restaurants, grocery, movies, pharmacy. Third, it "lives" much bigger than its square footage. Fourth, the efficient layout of every room was a pleasure to experience. Fifth, super quiet (probably due to the thick outer doors). One of the best vacation rentals we have ever visited. Well done!"
