Their home was easy to find and easy to access. On top of having a beautiful home, I’ve never in any of my stays been in a home so equipped/ prepared. "I had booked this property but apparently the property was double booked and so an alternative location was presented as a fix. The alternative location was great, near the same area, still fit our group of 5 and the stay was for the cost we had been charged for this property. I'm giving 5 stars because they owned the double booking mistake and made sure to fix it so I was pleased and did so quickly. What could have been a stressful experience for me was made easy to deal with."

Owner was extremely prompt in addressing an unexpected issue with a brand new water heater. Couldn't have been friendlier."

"This property is perfect for families. There is plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, an accessible washer/dryer and tons of beach gear to use. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. While the beach across the street isn’t for public use- there are dozens along the shore a short walk/drive away. There is SO much to do in this area. There is some construction just outside but it didn’t hinder our stay at all. The window air units muffled any noise from outside...

"Nice condo in an incredible location, with ocean views from every window and across the street from the beach, with ample parking right behind the building. Clear and easy checkin and out instructions and no hassle. Cafe for easy breakfasts on site, as well as a restaurant. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is Waikīkī seems to have a lot of roosters that woke us up quite early - but I think this would apply to any property in Waikiki. Very nice home base for a few days on Oahu!"
