"Our family was so impressed with the care put into this beautiful property. The neighborhood is walking distance to shopping and food and the central location makes it easy to adventure around the island. There was even a lovely welcome gift for us on arrival "

"This place is in the most beautiful location. It is right on the beach and most of the time we had that beach to ourselves. The home, as clearly stated in the description, is older and worn but has a lot of charm and plenty of room for our family of eight adults. Since 11 people are actually allowed to stay there it would be handy to have some fold up chairs for the dining room table but for us it was perfect.! I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. "We loved this darling house and being right on the beach. We could snorkel a 100 yards from shore since it’s a calm area with a reef. The accommodations were great. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are tiny but when you’re only in there to sleep, it didn’t bother us. "We had a great, relaxing vacation here. It is a distance from nightlife and restaurants, but the isolation and beauty is tremendous. The house is decently stocked with cookware, dinnerware and sharp knives! There are a couple of local grocery stores nearby, and major shopping is a half hour drive East.The beach directly in front of the house is steep, so the surf hits it fairly hard. "The house was a good deal. The original listing was switched due to poor scheduling on the management team. We were told the house we originally leased was not available so they switched us at the last minute. (Like we would say no three days before we were flying out to Hawaii) The location was great. The house was a great value for the money. We would stay there again for sure!"

Make sure everything is squared away well ahead of arrival. "This unit was perfect for our family of 5! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The property itself is beautiful and full of fruit trees, chickens, and super friendly dogs. It’s easy to access and the hosts were so great at leaving detailed instructions on where to park and how to access the unit. I highly recommend staying here!"

"The house worked perfectly for us. There were 6 of us; including my husband and myself, one adult son,,and another adult son with his wife and 1 child. There were bathrooms associated with each bedroom we used. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. A nice sandy beach was truly just a 5-minute walk away. And the local property manager was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We had a great time."

John had good communication with us and sent us links on how to arrive, but we were still uncertain and missed the last turn. "I wasn’t prepared for a compound or getting out to unlock and lock padlock for gate each time we left. I knew people lived in the house on main level, but wasn’t aware of other buildings.I knew there were dogs, but barked at us coming and going. The stay was fine, but not what I was expecting."

Perfect airport hotel.

"Needed to stay close to the airport and this hotel was 5 minutes away. Perfect for our overnight stay in Honolulu before catching another flight to our final destination. This one night broke up a very long flight from Atlanta to Sydney Australia perfectly. Hotel is older, but clean and quiet. Would recommend when needing to stay next to the airport. "

"Paradise bay resort was on the stunningly beautiful windward sode of Oahu away from the hustle snd bustle of Waikiki. Our suite was spacious, clean and had stunning views of the Ko'olau mountains and rainforest. from the windows and the lanai. These 71 year old grandparents bragged to our kids about the fun time we had playing volleyball on the Kaneohe Sandbar and snorkling the reef. The staff was great."
