I’ll just list positives and negatives :Pros : quant place to stay, felt very safe, there are neighbors as listed but we only saw them once, super great to have a fenced in area to let our kids roam and get their energy out and a trampoline, a huge plus having a washer and dryer on site, toilet paper being on hand was also super great. "Lovely upstairs studio that looks like it’s been recently renovated. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was well set up. The sunrise from the room and balcony was breathtaking. It is a multiple unit property. A couple of other residents have big dogs that were well managed but good to know that it’s communal living.
