"The property was very clean, accessible to resaurants and grocery stores. Only problem we had was a utility pole had to be replaced which caused an outage from around 11:00 am until 11:45 pm, but the FPL worked diligently to repair the damage and utilities were restored.Please note there is a small issue with "sugar ants" in the kitchen, so the Combat Ant Killers need to be replaced. The pool wasn't heated and need some cleaning so we did not use the jacuzzi nor the pool.Overall it was a nice...

House itself needs updating in spots (unfinished in areas: closet, bathroom, broken bench swing in backyard), cleaning supplies, washcloths for bathrooms, and extra blankets for beds. Be aware of maintenance crew having access to garage area frequently (noisy at times when garage door opens)."
