"My entire stay was really lovely starting with Simon at check-in was so wonderful and made me feel really welcome and valued. I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities and Nobu crispy rice and a cocktail for happy hour at the beautiful lobby bar. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I will come back if I find myself in Miami again. "

"The property was nice but the hotel is going through some renovations which meant we needed to go under a scaffolding to access the stairs and the smell of paint was pretty intense. This didn’t stop us from enjoying the hotel but was a bit of a bummer. Definitely recommend the balcony rooms! The 1st floor looked the best since your deck is right at pool level. The staff was all super friendly and very helpful!"

"Breakfast buffet is expensive and not worth it. To go down the main street, you have to take the stairs because the driveway to the hotel is steep and only for vehicles. Everything else was fine. No problems with the staff or rooms."

"Guest service and customer service was top notch. Everyone was very pleasant. The beds were very comfortable. The only downfall was the obsessive amount of ants. Other than the huge ant problem I would say this is by far best service experience ive received. "

"All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were actually upgraded to a penthouse and it was beautiful and had lots of room for our group. The property is older but in very good condition. The pool is a little small, but nice and warm. My family enjoyed it very much."

"We loved staying at the resort. The room was beautiful with a great balcony facing the ocean. Resort was fun for the kids and the beach was stunning. We would love to return. The hotel staff was very friendly and the owner was responsive."

"Wonderful stay absolutely beautiful view! Took my 14 yr old sister to see Taylor swift the place was extremely clean all the people were extremely nice and helpful good food only thing is I wish I stayed longer! Would book again. "

"The unit itself is pretty nice, and mostly as described. The resort is also pretty nice. I think intentionally the listing does not tell you the resort. It is H (Hyde) Hollywood Resorts and Residences. If you go read independent reviews of the resort, they are very mixed. Our experience was mostly good. Most of the employees seemed to be trying and helpful. However there were times when valet, the front desks, and especially the elevators were overwhelmed. As in you were waiting 30...
