"Was a OK hostel for the price, but you are able to get much nicer stays in Hanoi without paying much more. There was a lack of area to chill, and only a shared bathroom and shower for the whole hostel which was divided in men or women sections."

"Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. "

"Nice clean hostel located right in the centre of Hanoi old quarter! The beds were comfy and the bathrooms in each room were modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Amazing value for money"

"It would seem that this is a place where people have decided to stay long-term, for purely a bed, a place to shower, and it being minorly cheaper than other hotels and hostels. The guy beneath me seemed to have made it his own place and snored like it too. "

"Arrived and staff was very friendly. However the room we booked was not the room we got. We were taken into another building through a back door and an alley. We think it was a sister business potentially (Perfume Cozy House was the name of the building we were taken in to. We booked a city view and got a room that had no view at all the window looked at a concrete wall, the bathroom looked nothing like the photos and there was a lot of electrical wires poking out of the walls.
