"This hotel was a great base for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was delicious (included smoked duck breast, passion and other fresh fruits among other foods ) and you could order eggs prepared a variety of ways as well as the Vietnamese traditional noodle soup. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. "

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. In addition, the breakfast buffet is delicious with a nice range of Vietnamese specialties as well as Western options.
