"Traveled to the area for a wedding. Stayed here with family also from out of town. All were happy with the beautiful space. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Convenient to restaurants, historic areas, shopping. Jerry was very attentive and always available. Would highly recommend."

"The unit was set up nicely and accommodated the 4 of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Glad it had a garage because street parking would have been difficult. Host was friendly but a little hard to reach but heard from her right before we came to town. I think she had a family emergency so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. All in all, it worked for us. "

"Cheryl and Don’s guest suite was perfect for a short stay exploring all that is offered by the Brandywine Valley. Although the suite does not have a kitchen, the mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker were perfect for our needs. The unit had many thoughtful touches, including bathrobes, extra toiletries, and small snacks. Muffins and coffee cream were provided for our first morning. "What a fantastic house. It is very clean and very neat. The towels smelled very fresh. The beds were very comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Plan to stay here again. The owner communicates and is available if you need anything everything worked just the way that it said it would and there are instructions in the house."

The property was cleaned, beds were comfortable, and it was plenty of space for a family of 6. The house is on a main road, but we didn't have any issues getting in and out of the driveway.
