"We went to Naples, Rome, Florence, and Venice and this was by far the best place we stayed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my question I had before we even checked, helped carry out baggage, gave us suggestions of where to go and told us where the free things were. It was great and I’d definitely stay there again! DK"

"The man working the front desk was very kind. Overall communication was fast! The views from the room are awesome! I would jus say that getting there via public transportation is tricky BUT it IS super close to the airport. It was perfect for my early-morning flight."

"I can agree with what most other reviewers say. It's in a location that is very convenient to the train station, the hotel itself is very clean and nice, the staff friendly and attentive, it was quiet, etc. On the downside, the hotel itself is located on the inside of a mixed-use building. So you have to "buzz" them (but with one quick push of the button, not a sustained push like a true buzzer) like you would for an apartment resident in a big city like New York. "The staff was nice, goos customer service. The rooms were clean and good amenities. However, the location is more “industrial” not so much a walking area which is not too bad. The walls are thin and could hear the people next door even when they were in the bathroom. The hotel overall is nice! Good variety for breakfast. "

"Lots of graffiti everywhere. The Centro part of town has unpaved, narrow, one way streets. Two neighborhood restaurants were excellent and offered very good value. The staff were helpful but at night, the streets were not well lighted. The breakfast buffet was very good with a combination of European and American breakfast items."

Par contre, sachez que l'hébergement se situe au centre-ville de Nantes tout près de la voie ferroviaire, mais le quartier en soit est incroyablement sale de la nuit tombée. "The property is far from the history centre and there are limited dining options within walking distance but the stunning views, peaceful property and friendly staff makes up for it. If you enjoy walking, there are lots of restaurants within 20-25 minute walking distance. "

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."
