"The 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor was perfect for my family. Me, my 2 year old and my adult cousin. Great water pressure, beautiful views from the bedroom windows. Small but had everything we needed (except a pan for the stove, but I didn’t ask for one). The walk to the top of the hill and then the stairs was intense but doable. We had great communication, friendly host, and got to check in early since we arrived before 5 pm. Highly recommend!"

"The house was great with plenty of space. The area was stunning and very peaceful with good walks nearby. Coimbra was easy to get to. "We really loved this out of the way find which proved a good base for discovering the delights of central Portugal: Gois with river beach, Figueira da Foz, Coimbra, all in good striking distance (with car) and Denise has plenty of further suggestions. "This house is charming and has lots to offer in warmer weather than March. Luckily the fireplace in the main living area had a blower and there were two heaters because there is no central heat. We blew the fuses several times using the heaters and hot water or cooking. Electricity is lacking and the listing says there is an oven, washing machine and two showers, this is not so. Also the stove is a two burner cooktop . BUT...besides the inaccurate amenities we enjoyed the ambiance of the house...
