Sadly the weather was awful so couldn’t utilise the beach much but the hotel made me feel very welcome. "

The highlight was the stunning views of the river, city skyline, and iconic Dragon Bridge, which we enjoyed from our family room on a high floor. The room was spacious, featuring a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchenette—perfect for our family. The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools were a great touch, offering year-round usability and keeping the kids entertained, though we would have used them more if the weather had been warmer. We also loved the New Year’s Eve dinner buffet and countdown event hosted by the hotel, complete with entertainment that made the evening unforgettable. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide variety of options available across multiple restaurants. The panoramic view rooms on the lower floors also impressed us with their views, separate living areas, and balconies. Customer service stood out throughout our stay—from the initial booking process to our departure, everything was seamless. This hotel gave us an unforgettable holiday experience, and we can’t wait to return! Hotel also right next door to a shopping centre with a supermarket and food court"
