"Beautiful and impressive mansion like staying inside a castle. I was impressed with all the antique furnitures. That was a treat for me. I was grateful for the talk after breakfast about the history of the place. Downside was that some staff services and the logistics could have been better. The hair conditioner bottle was indeed shampoo. My dietary preference at breakfast didn’t make it to the kitchen staff (or it was ignored/ forgotten). Staff Couldn’t find the key to my room upon check in. "

"It was a very nice atmosphere. But the room furniture needs updated or repaired, and housekeeping was very unsatisfactory. Our bathroom was not clean at all. The floor and shower were still dirty. The carpet felt sticky. If these things would improve I wouldn’t mind staying again. But very disappointed for what we paid for the room."
