"My stay was awesome the front desk was helpful and accommodating they greeted you with a smile. The housekeeping staff was very friendly all but the last one we had on check out. She was very rude to my fiancé when he ask questions she pointed never spoke a maintenance guy in return help answer his questions. I decided to still give this hotel five stars. As for the rude house keeper she just didn’t get the top i intended to leave after cleaning up the room trying to help her😊"

" It's cheap and I know not staying at the Ritz but you should have a nice stay if the owners cared about their property. That wasn't the case here. 1st I had booked and paid for the week on Hotels.com. The man that checked me in barely spoke English and told me I didn't have a reservation. I had trouble with the app so I couldn't pull it up. I called my wife and she checked and said it's there and paid for but he insisted and charged, I did get it refunded 2nd I informed them that the toilet...

"I booked this for my husband. When he checked in, I was on the phone with him, in his ear. (Ear buds) The desk clerk immediatley started flirting with him, and I heard it. She read him the room info, king bed, no smoking. She then WINKED at him, whispering, asked him if he smokes and of course, he does... so he said yes and she put him in a smoking room.
