"A beautiful spot to spend the week! Belvedere staff were kind enough to upgrade our room, which gave us a great room with a truly fabulous view of the sea and nearby mountains. Super convenient location, parking tricky but available (particularly on the side street closest to the hotel front), and the town couldn’t be sweeter. A great place to visit, and we will definitely stay here again! "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Bed & Breakfast Marina D’Aspra, Patricia was incredibly helpful and explained every detail of the room, you can just tell she loves her work. Her husband had plenty of history to share and the view from the breakfast area was stunning. The water front is a few minutes walk away, amazing affordable dining just as close, free parking was an added bonus. We are planning to return as soon as possible. 5 stars 💫 👏👏 Thank you both so much for your hospitality."

"Oscar and Stefano have created an oasis outside of Palermo! Their property is truly picturesque and they're fabulous hosts. We received great hospitality and recommendations for local restaurants. Oscar also took the time to help us plan a great day in Palermo - which is a short 20 min train ride away. Thanks guys! We cannot recommend Villa Flavia highly enough. It will not only meet, but exceed your expectations. Stay there and enjoy all that Sicily has to offer."

"Attn: house has air conditioning in 1 bedroom ONLY!!! The other king room and single room do not have air conditioning. Living room ac needs Freon so barely cools. From Feb 3, had zero communication/replies from owner. No check in instructions day of July 8. Had to chat 45 min with customer service to find a contact number when owner did not respond check in day. Owner standing at door at arrival and had obviously been smoking in house. Cigarette butts in kitchen and bathrooms. 2 towels only for...

"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Flavia. For someone who expects a relaxing stay with a Sicilian flair, it's a perfect location. Rooms and pool are cleaned frequently and both Oscar and Stefano are wonderful people, that are always ready to help if needed. Breakfast was also great, it changes every morning a tiny bit and a cup of tea or espresso is made by the hosts on request. It was definitely one of the best holiday locations we stayed in."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alvise’s country cottage! He was incredibly friendly and helpful as a host. The location has a beautiful view and lots of privacy, which was more than worth the price. We were able to get some much needed rest and visit the surrounding sites, such as Cefalù, with ease. "The house was lovely and the weather (in Oct) wonderful - temperatures of 25/30 deg C all week! The sliding windows made it easy to step out and enjoy the outside space. Our thanks to Marcello’s wife who baked a delicious cake for us, and for the excellent bottle of wine! We had a delightful stay and were very comfortable in this house. "
