"We gad a great time. Nicolo was very helpful and hospitable. The property is very close to the train station and so you're walking less than three or four minutes to get there. We had an early flight out of Palermo and so we needed to be as close as possible to the train station to catch that flight. This is not a quiet area. But, none of downtown Palermo is quiet. If you are a light sleeper or if you simply do not like street noise, this will not work for you. I'm just giving you a heads...

"My wife and I stayed a week and really enjoyed the property. The outdoor spaces in particular are awesome. Spacious, varied, shaded, sun, views from everywhere, lovely garden and plantings. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
