"Absolutely loved our stay at Bed & Breakfast Marina D’Aspra, Patricia was incredibly helpful and explained every detail of the room, you can just tell she loves her work. Her husband had plenty of history to share and the view from the breakfast area was stunning. The water front is a few minutes walk away, amazing affordable dining just as close, free parking was an added bonus. "Oscar and Stefano have created an oasis outside of Palermo! Their property is truly picturesque and they're fabulous hosts. We received great hospitality and recommendations for local restaurants. Oscar also took the time to help us plan a great day in Palermo - which is a short 20 min train ride away. Thanks guys! We cannot recommend Villa Flavia highly enough. It will not only meet, but exceed your expectations. Stay there and enjoy all that Sicily has to offer."

From Feb 3, had zero communication/replies from owner. No check in instructions day of July 8. Had to chat 45 min with customer service to find a contact number when owner did not respond check in day. Owner standing at door at arrival and had obviously been smoking in house. "We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Flavia. For someone who expects a relaxing stay with a Sicilian flair, it's a perfect location. Rooms and pool are cleaned frequently and both Oscar and Stefano are wonderful people, that are always ready to help if needed. Breakfast was also great, it changes every morning a tiny bit and a cup of tea or espresso is made by the hosts on request. It was definitely one of the best holiday locations we stayed in."

"Property located adjacent to very old olive tree orchard. Scenic mountain back drop with ocean view. Spacious upstairs flat with full amenities. Beautiful pool and garden in the yard. Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. And property owners speak very little English, so just plan to use google translate. Highly recommend if you are looking for the real Sicilian experience!"
