"It was very nice overall despite of a minor problem in the air condition in my room . But the staff especially the lady who I have spoken to on Saturday night ( 26/04/25) she was very helpful and considerate. Will definitely come back to this gorgeous hotel. Will probably my choice of hotel in Basingstoke . The gym and pool and sauna are very clean , smell clean and tidy. Deserving of a 5 star rate…."

The room is outdated, the bathroom had rusting taps and showerhead, there was one bath towel in a room allocated for a family of four, and the hotel had run out of breakfasts so we had to make alternative arrangements. Not good. "
