"Family run hotel with friendly helpful staff. Wonderful location facing Lago Maggiore. Close to everything in Verbania. Good breakfast and rooms in the front afford a lakeside view. Parking is free...but you have to find a spot which is really not difficult."

"We have stayed at this hotel 14 times over the past 30 years of visiting Lago Maggiore. It is old Italian design which I love , convient to great restaurants, has a beautiful outdoor garden on the lake with fabulous views & has a portion of the street cordoned off for walks along this beautiful lake. The staff has always been gracious & helpful. The rooms are very nice but a bit small. Finally they have adequate air conditioning in the rooms. I love this hôtel."
