Minor issue with hair dryer cutting out after a few seconds, reception asked us to descend 3 floors to collect a replacement rather than sending one up with a member of staff so maybe customer service could be improved a little. The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner.
