"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"This was our second trip to Sol y Mar because our first trip was a dream. The property is special. We did get caught up in the weather debacle that involved two weeks of vertical rain contributing to the Liberia airport closure, and stranding us in CR for another week. The bright spot in the entire trip was our comfort at Sol y Mar. Grethel was helpful staying in contact with us while we were there. She checked in regularly and was a lifeline. "

"Our accommodations were ideal. The staff were helpful and the security was comforting. Two ample sized bedrooms with two bathrooms. Perfect for two couples! The kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you could want. Three pools for relaxing and it was a short walk to the beach. Loved swimming, snorkeling and kayaking or just taking a stroll. "We loved the location, close to beach and town. Zach was quick to respond to any questions we had and hooked us up with a driver to and from the airport. Our driver was very helpful and stopped at the market for us on the way into town. We had 3 couples in our unit with ample room for everyone. We met many people at the pool that own their units and enjoyed their company. I hope to come back to CR and would certainly stay here again. Thank you, Zach, for sharing your home with us. "

"Pacifico is very nice development with pools and attractive landscaping in Playa del Coco. Condo needs new bed linens. We stayed for 30 days dryer worked for maybe 7. Property mgr Dean did what he could, getting contractors in to repair washer and dryer several times. Paid for laundry by lb at nearby laundromat but they refused to use bleach for linens. Arrived floor had not been mopped. Dean brought us a mop as we insisted doing it ourselves.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay ."
