"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

We were just a few minutes (approximately 3 minutes walk) to the beach and also so close to cafés, pubs & restaurants. "Had a few issues, but Jeff (owner) was responsive, understanding and helped us out from afar.Pros:- Construction nearly complete. No distractions. 2nd pool is open (I swam laps nearly every day)- On-site staff very friendly and hard-working keeping the grounds beautiful and well-maintained.- Quiet, especially at night and early morning. "This was a great place right on a small beach just for the condos. There was a ton to do close by and it was right by the marina. The owner puts you in contact with someone that can book whatever you want to do. The owner gives recommendations for the trip. I would definitely recommend this plane. "
