"This hotel was terrible the rooms were not very clean there was only 1 restaurant which had a limited choice of food the staff were slow and could not understand simple requests due to language barrier By far the worst thing about this hotel was the smell of fish being gutted all around the hotel which was so bad we were even unable to stand outside the hotel for even a few seconds Avoid this hotel there is no way this is a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star "

"We stayed 2 nights at this property. The rooms are nice and the property is well maintained. The morning mountain views from our balcony were gorgeous. The only exception was the pool which was not maintained well. We weren’t comfortable swimming in it and that was a big disappointment for us. "It is too expensive for what they are charging. Breakfast has very limited options. Apartments are old. Rooms are touched up and have good lighting. Though bathrooms need a lot of improvement. No proper drainage. Shower has good water pressure and the hot water works."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall."
