"Nice clean property located on the service road of Western Express highway. Going across the highway was somewhat painful as U-turns were involved. Autos are available with their usual quirks. Hotel staff helpful. "

"After being refused by another hotel, Vanessa warmly welcomed me. This area does not allow single people to stay due to a local ordinance. In addition, I was a late arrival, but Vanessa came here at 10 PM, pulled her strings, and I was provided a room. Thank you so much, Vanessa, Wilfred, and Sunil. You really helped me out of a bind. "Check in denied on the bookings made through Hotel.com.. had to settle the entire room rate on cash. The check-in formalities took a lot more time than normal. Would not stay at the hotel again"

"We stayed 2 nights at this property. The rooms are nice and the property is well maintained. The morning mountain views from our balcony were gorgeous. The only exception was the pool which was not maintained well. We weren’t comfortable swimming in it and that was a big disappointment for us. Power kept cutting in/out a lot, they have a generator that kicks in within 30 secs but it reset all the TV, AC settings which is annoying because of how often it happened. The food is Good. The service is very good. After we checked out, we realized we had left behind something in the room. We called the hotel and they were able to track the items for us, and courier them to us as requested. We really appreciated this so kudos to their team for taking this extra effort. "
