"Beautiful Resort misleading in the description the blue bracelet does not give you access like a gold bracelet would otherwise host was polite in an attentive they tried to explain to me they just changed the color to Blue but I am also a owner there and they did not change it to Blue gold bracelets give you more options and amenities"

"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. Air conditioning so loud when on that it couldn't be used while sleeping. Beach had fancy beds rather than lounges, but no where near enough to handle the crowd. Guest joke, "ask...

"My husband and I enjoyed the resort, had great activities, night events, etc. Some restaurants were only available to members. Also had to come daily in person at 3:30pm to make your dinner reservations at certain restaurants. Unless it's a buffet, o reservation required."
