"Perfect ski lodge"

"Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room."

"The view was amazing and the proximity to the lifts was probably as good as you can get. However, the location advertises “free off site parking” which upon arrival we found is just parking in the town square and walking 10 mins back up to the hotel or paying for parking at the lifts. We opted to pay where it seemed to be 10 euro a day. Other than that, it was a really great stay. "

Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"Our room was comfortable and spacious. However the facilities and food on offer for breakfast were unsatisfactory. We didn’t dine in the hotel as the bistro was full with non-residents on the evening we arrived (the hotel had not previously recommended that we book a table). Thankfully there was a great bar opposite the hotel and an excellent restaurant (Big Ben) 100m up the road. The staff were generally pleasant but not very proactive in seeking to help us. "

"Great stay - forgot to contact them ahead of time for my arrival and they were accomodating - great breakfast though heavy on the bread but really nice traditional place to stay. Not too far from skiing or if bad weather to go visit sites in the main Aosta valley"

"The family and staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was a 15' walk from the town center but there was a shuttle that would transport you to the lifts or town. Rooms were nice, breakfast was fine, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and perfect after a day's skiing."
