"When we arrived we found the front desk manager, Henry, to be very helpful, even explaining how to walk to the Phillies stadium. Couldn't have a better person at the desk. In fact, all of the staff we encountered were very friendly! However, in our room we found a non- operational air conditioner that had to be replaced while we waited.
