"This is my second stay on two surfent trips at the hotel academia. It’s a wonderful hotel in a great location. Very quiet yet in the heart of Verona. An excellent breakfast and a very good gym. I would highly recommend the hotel academia for your stay in Verona. "

"A great location to explore Verona from. Site seeing, going to the Opera or just shopping, it is the heart of everything. A nice breakfasting the morning set us up for our return to the Lake. If staying in Verona again I would look at booking again."

"Same quality kept as last time stay 4 years ago. Great room, great breakfast, and great staff. Best location, and great room with extra singer bed on the side. Very easy to walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Shopping is too great with young people all around the city downtown"

"This is a great hotel with very friendly staff. It has a wonderful location, just a short walk to the Roman Amphitheatre. main city square and shopping areas. My room had a nice view of the main street, and was kept very clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast and personal coffee pot. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved Scalzi hotel, it is walking distance from the train station, the location is great. Very close to Piaza Bra in downtown. Breakfast was excellent too. "
