"This villa is lovely and old and very spacious. The hosts are beyond charming and so helpful. We were able to enjoy being in the country while also being very proximate to cities, towns, wine tasting and other activities, like hilltop hiking. The kitchen was not the most convenient for home cooking for Americans used to a more modern kitchen, but we managed. Our hostess made our first dinner, which was so nice and so delicious. "I loved my stay here. It was only one night but I was impressed with how helpful the hotel staff is and how hard they try. I laughed out loud reading a review from someone saying they try too hard. The hotel room was spotless and the common areas are very charming I did get a room with no view as it’s in the old town and very close to other buildings but to me that’s part of the charm of staying in a building that is so old. I’ll definitely be back! "
