The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, they wouldn’t let my daughter’s friend leave the lobby area when she was meeting for dinner. The television was unable to change languages to English. Breakfast was only available with a reservation.

Stayed for two nights with my 10 and 16 yrs old while exploring Verona .; great budget hotel.Easy to get to all the attractions;room was very clean and had everything we needed ;can't comment on breakfast as we were leaving early the second night ; lovely cafes and pasticerias for breakfast nearby;staff was very attentive and helpful

The hotel was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in a great position to explore Verona. Close to the railway station too if you are going on any trips or from the ariport bus.

My stay was for business, the hotel overall was fine, but in a very noisy location and the breakfast was VERY limited, not worth the money I paid, the room wasn't so good, very small. Only plus point was the location, it's near the station.

Really lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms. Perfectly positioned between the the main train station and Piazza Bra. 10 minutes walk from the station, 10 minutes to the heart of the old town. Perfect for our stopover.

Perfect location, walk distance from train station and to the city center. You feel yourself very welcome there, nice helpful staff. Simple breakfast. Clean room. The only one star less for the shower cabine. Sink didn't work and you need to stay in dirty water.

Staff in the front desk were kind and helpful. Room is good for the price. The only negative thing I can think of is that the sockets don't fit my EU adapter. Everything else was superb.
