"We found the location to be in easy walking distance of all major. Whilst quite grand in appearance from the photos the interior is actually a little dated and although there was a lift to our floor we still had a number of steep stairs to negotiate with large suitcases. "We first discovered this place in 2022 - and came back in 2024. Absolutely stunning (falling asleep looking at that amazing original ceiling is an incredible feeling!), beautiful Veronese details in the room design, great toiletries, wonderfully helpful staff, amazingly central location. The only thing I might recommend updating is the selection of breakfast snacks, as we've had better ones throughout Italy. But we'll definitely be back next time we're in Verona!!"
