"Hotel was appalling, dirty rooms with mould all across ceiling in room and in bathroom. No basic amenities in room or available at all (kettle, iron, hair dryer etc). Upon arrival I was given 2 small towels for the bathroom, after day 1, the towel I used was taken when they came to “clean”. On day 2 I asked for some more towels as I’d just used the 2nd one that morning to be told no and that I was already given 2. I explained that I was given 2 however 1 has already been taken and I have 3 more...

"We got there to find out it was not was shown in pictures. The toilet seat was broken off, there is mold around the window, the kitchen counter was cracked in half and the bedding had brown blood colored stains. I ask to only stay foe one night and refind the remainder and they said No.... DO NOT GO HERE. "

"Casa Celeste is super cute. It is more so on the outer skirts of rome, but still accessible by metro off of the last stop Rebibia or by bus. The host is very nice as well. Keep in mind the bathrooms are small and the bed was very hard, so it was tough to get a goodnights sleep. It is great for solo or couple travelers. "

"The hotel is a guest house, essentially. Very close to the metro, C line. Rooms are clean, there is good airconditioning. One important thing: whatever the aggregator service you use, do *not* arrive before 15h00. The reception, which consists of Tatiana, opens, really, at 15h00 and *not* at 14h00. You may find yourself waiting on the staircase."
