"Hotel staff are amazing, made our stay lovely. Underground parking isn't accessible as the ramp down is too steep but the uncovered parking worked just fine. Room as a little run down but for the price its very good. "

"First, the front desk employee (Ace) was easy and friendly to work with. We arrived, got the key, no issues. Room was relatively clean and ready to sleep in. Lorenzo checked us in - was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very large, very clean and very safe. The size, comfort and amenities is unique for Rome at the offering price. It was great to just get off the train and walk right across to hotel Madison. I highly recommend this hotel."
