"What a fantastic stay! Host provided us with places to go, recommendations and was just absolutely amazing! We had a fantastic stay! The area was great and safe, and literally right next to the Metro stop and bus stops. If we visit Rome again we will 10000% be staying here again! Would recommend to anyone!"

"The hotel is a guest house, essentially. Very close to the metro, C line. Rooms are clean, there is good airconditioning. One important thing: whatever the aggregator service you use, do *not* arrive before 15h00. The reception, which consists of Tatiana, opens, really, at 15h00 and *not* at 14h00. You may find yourself waiting on the staircase."

Having refuse the junior suite we had booked the other room we were shown was even worse. Fortunately the staff were good and a telephone call to the manager agreed that our reservation would be cancelled without penalty, which was good as we had booked 4 nights! "I never complain about anywhere I've ever stayed, well until now. A hotel room is somewhere 2 sleep, the bed was ok, but we had no fresh laundry. We ran out of loo roll, the shower was broken. Tea and coffee facility was a kettle, no cups or even a glass. We had 2 buy everything from the supermarket. Never saw any staff until 830 on check out day.
