"What a fantastic stay! Host provided us with places to go, recommendations and was just absolutely amazing! We had a fantastic stay! The area was great and safe, and literally right next to the Metro stop and bus stops. If we visit Rome again we will 10000% be staying here again! Would recommend to anyone!"

The toilet seat was broken off, there is mold around the window, the kitchen counter was cracked in half and the bedding had brown blood colored stains. I ask to only stay foe one night and refind the remainder and they said No.... DO NOT GO HERE. "

"The hotel is a guest house, essentially. Very close to the metro, C line. Rooms are clean, there is good airconditioning. One important thing: whatever the aggregator service you use, do *not* arrive before 15h00. The reception, which consists of Tatiana, opens, really, at 15h00 and *not* at 14h00. You may find yourself waiting on the staircase."

"This hotel is about 20 minutes from Roma Termini - easy to get to once you figure out how! Great restauants nearby (New Age Cafe and the Gelateria were simply amazing)! Earplugs recommended (hospital across the road). Overall a great experience for the more adventurous tourist!"

"We knew the moment we drove up to the hotel that this was a disaster. The state of the outside told you to prepare yourself and we were right. Having refuse the junior suite we had booked the other room we were shown was even worse. Fortunately the staff were good and a telephone call to the manager agreed that our reservation would be cancelled without penalty, which was good as we had booked 4 nights! "I never complain about anywhere I've ever stayed, well until now. A hotel room is somewhere 2 sleep, the bed was ok, but we had no fresh laundry. We ran out of loo roll, the shower was broken. Tea and coffee facility was a kettle, no cups or even a glass. We had 2 buy everything from the supermarket. Never saw any staff until 830 on check out day. If u wanna room without anything else on a low budget that's the place 2 stay, just remember 2 take the basics with u. Oh and don't stay in room 105...

"this was an incredible property to stay as it is next to all transportation into the center of Rome. The place was clean, quiet and the host was kind and helpful. His son met us and gave us a grand introduction to Rome. The neighborhood was filled with friendly people and nice little shops and coffee stops. The groceries were right nearby and the view of the park was right out our window. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Ciao. "

"Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!"
